Scotland trip two day 4 and 5

Saturday morning we woke up early to get in time for our day tour around Scotland. Our guide, cannot remember his name, was a very happy, funny and knowledgeble person who really got everyone in a top mood! We left from Edinburgh around 9 in the morning and didn't get back until 8 in the evening! Although I'd seen most of the places we visited I still enjoyed it, Scotland cannot disappoint you ;) When we came back to Edinburgh are tummies were rumbling so we went straight into the search for a resturant which was easier said than done a Saturday evening... Eventually we found an Italian resturant with seats for us all. Since the dinner was so late we didn't really have time to do something else so we had an early evening to be able to discover Edinburgh the day after! I agree it would have been fun to go out but the others didn't want to risk a hangover haha, something I never have to deal with ;D Sunday we woke up and checked out from our hostel and went to visit the castle. The oldest building in the city of Edinburgh can be found up there, a very small chapel from the 16th centuary if I remember correctly.... Always seem to forget the details... After that we followed Ylva to the train station since she booked a earlier train than the rest of us. We then walked to a very cute tea room(the same I went to) and ate scones and drank tea. After some more walking around we collected our bags from the hostel and caught our train back to good old Cambridgeshire! Thank you for a lovely trip girls :)

Ylva tries the fresh spring water of Scotland.
Village of Pitlocky(?) one of the few places I hadn't seen before :D
The view from the castle is really good, the weather on the other hand...
Better picture on St Andrew's square :)
Beautiful day and night :)
